Dr. Demetro treats ALL AGES for both acute and chronic health issues.   Want a family doctor who empowers you to give birth at home, and then continues on as your family doctor? Dr. Alexandra Demetro is an ND & Midwife who does just that. Growing up with Finnish roots in the country hills of Battle Ground, WA, Alexandra formed a love of nature, herbs, and learned how to take the natural route with preventative health. It’s no wonder she came back to her roots and has a natural health clinic in Battle Ground, WA.   She see all ages, and treats all kinds of conditions using mostly herbs, nutrition, counseling, and lifestyle changes. She does prescribe medications, but only rarely, as the natural ways work so well. Alexandra graduated from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, OR as a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) in 2002. Before that she graduated from Western WA University with a degree in Psychology, and so treats not only the physical, but also the mental/emotional, realizing importance of the mind/body connection in healing, and treats the root cause of illness. She is also a licensed Midwife (LM), and has been assisting at births since 1999. She loves to support a gentle entry into the world with waterbirths. She loved having her daughters Isabella (2002) and Lucia (2007) born naturally at home and hopes to offer similar experiences to you too.   One aspect of her practice that she deeply enjoys is being able to get to know her patients from day one as their midwife, then as their pediatrician, and continuing care to keep the whole family healthy as their family doctor.

Ever since a young age, Mikailah had a passion to help others. She completed her bachelor’s degree in environmental science at the University of Washington where she cultivated her love for the environment. Mikailah went on to study naturopathic medicine at the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. Here she became extensively trained in homeopathic medicine, herbal medicine, drainage and detoxification practices, whole-food nutrition, extended supervision of water-only fasting, and physical medicine techniques such as craniosacral, nasal specific therapy, and naturopathic manipulation. In her private practice, Dr. Grover specializes in the prevention and treatment of chronic disease, and recognizes that each person is unique and deserves a treatment plan tailored to their specific needs and goals. When not seeing patients, Dr. Grover enjoys spending time with her family, growing and preparing nutritious foods, and restoring her mind and body through yoga and time spent in nature.

Alison Milionis is a Certified Nurse Midwife who received her midwifery masters degree from Frontier Nursing University. She has attended over 100 natural births at home and in birth centers and cared for many more families through prenatal and postpartum with compassionate, individualized care. She also has hospital experience as part of her comprehensive nurse midwifery training in high-risk obstetric care. She has a passion for supporting women through the great physical, emotional, and spiritual journey into motherhood. She is now on that journey herself! Her daughter June was born at home in March of 2024, and her son Jack was born at home February 2026 Alison also has a passion for holistic hormonal support for women from menarche to menopause and beyond, and has a drive to help women understand their cycles and balance their hormones with diet and lifestyle. She hopes to help women reclaim their fertility to achieve conception naturally and develop a loving relationship to their bodies. Her scope of practice is not limited to maternity care, and she is excited to offer full scope women's healthcare, including protocols for painful or irregular periods, menopausal discomforts, thyroid and adrenal support, gastrointestinal imbalances, blood work to identify nutritional deficiencies, preconception care, and more. She has full prescriptive authority in Washington and Oregon, but only uses pharmaceuticals as a last resort and prefers the use of functional medicine and natural remedies to achieve holistic wellness goals.

Dr. Cassi grew up in Olympia, Washington then later graduated from the University of Washington in Seattle where she received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry in 2007. Dr. Cassi then took four years off to raise her two small children before attending the University of Western States in Portland where she graduated with her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2014. Dr. Cassi is passionate about chiropractic and helping her patients with a hands-on, holistic approach to health care. She has been under chiropractic care since she was a small child and understands the benefits through all stages of life and activities. The chiropractic care she received during her pregnancies inspired her to further her education in pregnancy and pediatrics through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. During her additional 200-hour ICPA series, Dr. Cassi became certified in the Webster Technique along with many other skills and techniques that further set her apart as a pediatric and pregnancy chiropractor.

A native of the Pacific Northwest, Dr. Fran moved throughout the United States with her family, eventually settling in Colorado. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Sports Performance from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, Arizona. During her time there, she competed on the club softball team for two years before being recruited to throw javelin for GCU’s Track and Field program. Driven by her passion for human movement and holistic wellness, Dr. Fran continued her education at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, where she earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic. Growing up playing a wide variety of sports, she developed a deep appreciation for movement, biomechanics, and the importance of taking care of the body daily. She is a strong advocate for proactive wellness and believes that intentional movement is essential for lifelong health. Dr. Fran has a particular passion for supporting women throughout the journey into motherhood—from preconception and pregnancy to birth and postpartum. Her love for children runs deep; as the tenth of twenty grandchildren, she grew up surrounded by little ones and dreamed of having “100 babies” as a child. Today, she channels that nurturing spirit into her work by caring for families using a variety of techniques tailored to each patient’s needs. When she is not in the office, you will find her soaking up the beauty of the Pacific Northwest—whether she’s at the beach, boating, or hiking one of her favorite trails.

Ashley Stark is a registered nurse with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She specializes in intravenous therapy. Offering nutrient rich vitamin infusions (Meyers cocktail) and iron infusions as needed. Contact her by text or call to get more information.
